These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mico, operated by Salter Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Mico is a review response service. We monitor your Google Business Profile for new reviews, draft responses using artificial intelligence, and deliver those drafts to you via SMS for your approval before posting. We only post responses to your Google Business Profile after you explicitly approve them.
To use Mico, you must connect a Google account that has owner or manager access to a Google Business Profile. You must provide a valid phone number for SMS delivery. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your Mico account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the business associated with your Google Business Profile.
When a new review appears on your Google Business Profile, Mico drafts a response and sends it to your phone via SMS. You may approve the draft by replying “Y,” request edits by texting back changes, or ignore the message. Mico will only post a response to Google after receiving your explicit approval.
You retain full control over what gets posted. We do not post responses automatically without your consent.
Mico costs $39 per month per location, billed monthly via Stripe. Your first 5 review responses are free and do not require a credit card.
After your free responses, continued use requires a paid subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All fees are in US dollars. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting “STOP” to your Mico number, or by contacting us at support@mico.re. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We will not charge you again after cancellation.
Upon cancellation, Mico will stop monitoring your reviews and sending drafts. Previously posted responses remain on your Google Business Profile — we do not remove them.
You own your business information, review data, and any responses posted to your Google Business Profile. By using Mico, you grant us a limited license to access your Google Business Profile data, draft responses, and post approved responses on your behalf.
We access your Google Business Profile through Google's official API using the OAuth permissions you grant during signup. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.
Mico uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to draft review responses. While we strive for high-quality, appropriate responses, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or responses that don't match your intended tone.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving each response before it is posted. By approving a response, you accept responsibility for its content. We recommend reading each draft before approving.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving text messages from Mico related to the service, including review drafts, verification codes, service notifications, and billing alerts.
Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency varies based on your review volume.
You may opt out of all SMS communications at any time by texting “STOP.” This will also cancel your subscription.
You agree not to use Mico to post responses that are defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal. You agree not to use the service to manipulate reviews or engage in practices that violate Google's policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for harmful purposes.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Mico depends on third-party services including Google's API, Twilio, and Anthropic's AI. Changes or outages to these services may affect Mico's functionality.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mico and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mico, Salter Ventures LLC, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or any content posted to your Google Business Profile through Mico.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Mico after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.
